8 cm of soft fabric that is gentle on your face while cleaning away makeup, applying toner, etc.
Each pack comes with their own 100% cotton mesh laundry bag. 
Light soil can be handwashed with soap.  Heavier soil can be tossed in a washing machine in the laundering bag.  Regular detergent, hang to dry.  Pads may lose shape so a light iron can be added if you desire.
