Refunds and returns
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied please contact us to help resolve any issues. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the item to discuss.
Feel free to ask as many questions prior to purchasing.
As we print all our stationery in house, cancellations can only be made within 48 hours after purchase. If the request is not made within 48 hours a store credit will be given.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, sale items or gift cards.
